The Twickenham Experience

Rob Andrew and Josh Jones
The Invitation
Last year saw the Cystic Fibrosis Trust rugby team defeat the Commons & Lords RFC at Twickenham, the home of English rugby. Much more than that, the friendly raised vital awareness for the charity and over £27,000. You can watch some of last year's highlights.

This year, as champions we are looking to retain the title and raise even more money and awareness. We are now searching for individual players to join the Cystic Fibrosis Trust Rugby Team 2011 to take on this challenge, whilst being given the opportunity to play at the one of the most iconic rugby field in the world.

About the Cystic Fibrosis Trust
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is one of UK's most common life-threatening inherited diseases. CF clogs the internal organs with thick sticky mucus, making it difficult to breathe and digest food. This thick mucus production causes lung infections and lung damage.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust funds research aimed at fighting the symptoms of, and treating the cause of CF. It also aims to ensure that people with CF receive the best possible care and support in all aspects of their lives.

Taking part in the game
If you are interested in joining the Cystic Fibrosis Trust team and helping us retain our title, then please call Katie Burr on 020 8290 8061 or email kburr@cftrust.org.uk or enter with this
registration form. Please note you need to be 35 or over to play.

N.B. Due to the risks of cross-infection we can only have one player with CF in the team. This will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
