About the Trophy

Nicky West was a tireless ambassador for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and her determination and spirit was an inspiration to us all.

Sadly Nicky lost her fight with CF in 2004, but before she died, she set up the Nicky's Whisper campaign to raise money for gene therapy.

For the last four years the Cystic Fibrosis Trust Invitation XI, made up of ex-pros and celebrities, has taken on the All-Party Parliamentary Football team to raise funds and awareness in the spirit of Nicky's campaign.
