Where? New Millar Dam, Wakefield

When? Sunday 21 September 2008

How long is the walk? This is a 5 mile walk (twice around the dam), family walk suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, around footpaths. The walk is around the scenic unspoilt New Millar Dam, which boasts lots of wildlife.

What will I need to take? You will be asked to take any refreshments with you that you might like for during the walk (such as snacks and drinks). There may be refreshment facilities but no guarantee and so ensure you have adequate provision. We will have a supply of bottled water.

Is there anything else I need to know?

• Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
