Sponsorship Form
The easiest way to collect sponsorship is online - simply go to Virgin Money Giving to set up your own online fundraising page. Once set up you can e-mail the link to your family and friends and all monies donated will automatically be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. However if you'd like to collect sponsors by traditional methods please download our
sponsorship form or a
black and white version.
Blank Event Poster
Here is a
blank event poster which you can fill details of your event and print them out to use.
Making your event safe and legal
When planning an event it is important to consider the health and safety of staff, volunteers, participants and members of the public etc, and to take steps to minimise any risks. Please download our factsheets, which are handy checklists of areas you should review when organising an event:

Insurance
Whilst we appreciate your support and are delighted that you are planning to organise an event, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust cannot accept liability for any fundraising activity or event you undertake in aid of the Trust. If you require insurance there are organisations who provide this, for example www.events-insurance.co.uk.
