Making a regular gift to the CF Trust

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust needs committed funding to allow us to attract more of the best scientists and make gene therapy a reality. In order to do this, we need as many of our supporters as possible to commit to this vital research. Regular gifts allow us to plan ahead with the confidence that we will have the funding to react to exciting developments in research.

The easiest way to do this is to sign up for a Direct Debit. Direct Debit is the most flexible way to make sure that we can continue funding the scientists. You can choose an amount that suits you and once it is set up, you need do nothing further. Your gifts will immediately start making a difference to the 8,000 children and young adults in the UK with Cystic Fibrosis.

If you feel you can help, please print a copy of the form and follow these 5 simple steps to securing the future:
1. Complete your name and address details (your home address for Gift Aid purposes).

2. Choose how much you want to give and when.

3. Complete you bank details, sign and date the form.

4. Read the Gift Aid information and, if you qualify, tick the box and your gifts will be worth an extra 28% to us and at no additional cost to you.

5. Return the form to the Supporter Services Team and we will write back to you confirming the set up of your Direct Debit after a few days.
