Walking with Dinosaurs

Time: Registration is between 11am - 12pm
Where? Registration is on the grassed area by the car parks at the beginning of the bridge to the National Sports Centre, please use the Anerley Hill Entrance
How long is the walk? Approximately 5km and should take no more than an hour without stops.
What will I need to take? Drinks, warm and wet weather clothing. Camera (optional), and a mobile phone.
Is there anything else I need to know? Although this is quite a short and gentle walk, there are areas of the park that have steps, please bear this is mind with buggies or wheelchairs. (There are alternative shorter routes avoiding these hazards).
If you are able to advertise the walk by placing posters in your community eg. work and school notice boards, local shops, clubs and pubs etc. or passing on Great Strides leaflets to family, friends and colleagues, I would be very grateful.
