The late Jane Tomlinson CBE provided the inspiration behind the Run For All series of 10k events.

You can run, jog or walk with us in these wonderful 10k events set up to encourage people of all abilities to share the thrill and excitement of a mass participation event, achieve a personal goal and support charities.

Entries are now open for the events to please secure your place on your chosen run, or take part in all three, then please let us know and use your place to run for Cystic Fibrosis Trust:

York 10k Sunday 31 July

We also have charity places in the York 10k event. In the spirit of these events, we don't set a minimum sponsorship target for our few places, only ask that you pledge to raise as much as you can for us in return for your place.
