We would love to have you run the 2011 Virgin London Marathon with us - here's what you need to do...

Ballot applications for 2011 are closed, having reached capacity in just two days. If you applied, you'll hear in October if you were successful in obtaining a place. If so, please use it to run with us and raise whatever you can for us.

You may be able to get a place via your Running Club or Good for Age scheme if you've run a particularly fast marathon or if you had your own place for 2010 and deferred it due to being ill or injured. In any of these cases, please use the place to run with us!

We shall have a very limited number of Golden Bond (guaranteed places) for 2011 in return for a pledge to raise at least £2,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Trust. If you would like to apply for a place, please complete and return this application form as fully as possible.

However you get a place for London 2011, all Team CF runners get loads of support and encouragement along the way including:

We also have places in some other truly incredible marathons around the world later this year so why not check out the superb flat routes of Berlin or Chicago, the historic, beautiful setting of the Athens Classic Marathon or the awesome New York City Marathon.
