On Sunday 29 July 2007, around 4,000 runners took part in this flat, fast 10k route around Cardiff Bay.

As the lead charity of Nova International's brand new flagship event, we were delighted to have Swansea born WBO Cruiserweight Champion, Enzo Maccarinelli, leading a field of 250 Team CF runners. We are very grateful to each of you for your wonderful support.
