Regularly voted one of the best treks in the world, Everest Base camp is a real adventure! Trekking amongst the breathtaking scenery of the Nepalese Himalayas, your route will pass through various mountain villages allowing you to soak up the culture and meet the friendly locals.

The route takes you via the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar through beautiful valleys, dense forests and across glacial rivers before reaching the renowned viewpoint of Kalapatar, on the approach to Everest Base Camp, with fantastic views of the world's tallest mountain. There will also be time to explore the colourful capital to Kathmandu.

Itinerary
Day 1: Fly UK - Kathmandu
Day 2: Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel - afternoon to explore the city
Day 3: Day tour of Kathmandu
Day 4: Fly Kathmandu - Lukla. Trek to Phakding.
Day 5: Trek to Namche Bazaar
Day 6: Acclimatisation day in Namche Bazaar
Days 7-8: Trek to Dingboche
Day 9: Acclimatisation day in Dingboche
Day 10: Trek to Lobuche
Days 11-13: Trek to lookout point of Kalapatar and Everest base camp. Return to Lobuche.
Days 14-16: Retrace steps to Lukla
Day 17: Fly from Lukla to Kathmadu. Free time in Kathmandu.
Day 18: Free time in Kathmandu. Transfer to airport for flight back to UK.
Day 19: Arrive UK
