Our second Cardiff Bay 5 will take place on May Day Bank Holiday Monday 3 May 2010, which is reverting back to the date we always held this event in the past, formerly the Great Welsh Run.

The 5-mile flat route takes you over the magnificent barrage, where you have fresh water on one side and salt water on the other, with the finish outside the impressive Welsh Assembly Building.

Our 2k Fun Run is open to all ages and abilities so everyone is invited to come and join in the fun.

Cardiff Bay has been beautifully renovated in the last few years so why not gather family and friends together and run, jog or walk with us then spend the afternoon in the fabulous bay area.
