Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Capital to Coast Bike Ride on Sunday 10 July 2011 with special thanks to those supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

The 60 mile ride goes from Esher (near Hampton Court) to Hove on the South Coast.

If that sounds a bit too far you can opt for the 30-mile alternative, joining the route at Haywards Heath.

There is also a 60 mile circular route starting and finishing in Hove.
