The Cystic Fibrosis Trust relies on the support of the CF community and the public to continue its work in research, campaigning, support and care for those with Cystic Fibrosis. We need your help.

In this section you can find out how to make a donation or get involved in fundraising. You can see what is going on in your area and find out how you can help locally.

You can find out about our national fundraising campaigns such as our Great Strides walks, The Big Cake Bake and Dance for CF. We also offer an amazing selection of challenge events from runs and skydives to treks and abseils plus lots more across the UK and overseas. You can also find out about events taking place in your area.

There is also information about how you and your company can help us, and who is already helping us.

By giving a little of your time or money, you can make a huge difference.
