Do any of your lpwcf or even adults wcf have very dry skin. Leah has been scrathing away took her to the gp and he has given me some cream on repeat prescription. He seemed to think it was a common complaint for pwcf to have.

Take care

Nope, in fact Ocean was the only one of the boys not to suffer with eczema as a baby.

Hope you're all keeping well

Yes, Daniel suffers with this. When he was younger it was much worse, patticularly on the backs of his legs. For the last year or so (he is now 4 and a half) it has not been so bad and comes and goes and even changes places sometimes. Its wierd!!!!!!!!!

My daughter is in the dry skin club, itchy a lot of the time and feels a bit rough all the time. Skin very raggy around her cuticles. We have used oilatum in the bath but she hates it, otherwise good old E45! Mary Anne

Ben also has dry skin - mainly on his arms and legs but that doesnt itch. He always scratches round his nappy area when the nappy is off.

I have read that Fluclox can cause dry skin so I think with Ben it is due to that. It started a week after he went onto fluclox. He has some Dermol 600 for his bath and some hydrocortise cream for if it gets red. We also use Epaderm which is quite good but he doesnt like us putting it on him so most of the time he just stays dry!
