Oxygen

Hi all,

This is probably going to sound like a really stupid question but one I genuinely dont know the answer too.

When do people with cf usually get put on oxygen? what are the criteria for it?

I have been having alot of trouble breathing lately, which i think is down to lung damage and getting older. I haven't been offered oxygen yet and just wondered when other people had been given it.

Sorry if this was a stupid question!
Thanks for any help

It all depends on how your chest is really and your Sats.. If your waking up with headaches then that can be a good sign. Mention it to your team if you think it may help?
I went onto it atnight just over a year ago (24) now Im on it most of the time..
