If you have an item of clothing, that has both black and white bits on it, what wash do you put it on?

I've just put in my favourite, very cool black pinstripe shirt that did have bright white sleeves and collar too it. With it being black I obviously didn't wanna put it on a white wash, but putting it on a dark wash has sent the sleeves grey.

I know Daz advertises that it keeps colours in the right place. But I'm allergic to it. I use surf, but I'm sure ht advertises the same thing?

Bah, I should leave the washing to paul, I'm terrible with it.

Cheers in advance for any tips, would be handy to know for next time

I always wash everything on short wash at 30 degrees. Saves money and clothes are never damaged. When things say was at 50 degrees for example, I always take that as being the maximum temp to wash it at!!!

I always wash new things by hand for the first time then you just put them in for a short spin ,it keeps that new look for a bit longer .If you don't want to do that put it on the shortest wool wash and it should be ok.
