foot cramp, any idea why

im getting cramp again, a few weeks ago i had sats of 80, blood gas's of 55 and 10% lung capacity, im on pred now and have been for going on two months, my lungs are back up to 28% thats normal for me now.
The cramp was very bad in my feet at that time, it seemed to go when things started to get better chest wise, but it never went 100%. the pred has started to come down now, from 30mg to 10mg the cramps are back full force, there disturbing my sleep at night, my chest is good, no sign of any problems yet, lungs are top form it seems, well you know wot i mean ! my chest problems seem to have gone on holiday, tempory i know, when the pred leaves me my problems return..
why am i getting cramp ? at night its worse , its bothering me. any ideas ? isit oxy related ? but i can breath at the mo. im confused, or isit that the sugar isnt getting to my muscles because the pred is making my sugar level sky high, 18 teens
