Herbal tea

Hiya, Amelia is nearly one.. and at this time of year being so freezing, dont want her to be drinking cold juice...she also has a cold...She went for my herbal tea this morning:rooibos!, wonder if it would do her good to have a cooled down herbal fruit tea so its still a bit warm... any ideas?thx

You could just try adding warm water to her juice instead of cold? my girls used to love milupa granules with warm water, and strangely it was aniseed flavour!

yes, thought that best.. i sound stupid now! put warm water in her juice!
