I have two nephews with cf and there are very ill there lung are parentally damage for life do you know of any trectments that can help them plz help

if its bronchiectasis or scarring, its irreversible , but i'm sure they are geting the treatment they need to stop further damage

were they diagnosed late ? if you post some more info with a brief history i'm sure people here will be able to contribute, but its difficult to say much without more information
