Hello,i am gonna fire a question at you now,hope you don't mind?

When you had all your liver assessments tests done,did you have to back into hospital to get the results or did you get them as,an out patients appointment?

I'm asking this as,i've got to go back in on monday(11th) just for my results,as far as i'm aware.
I have tried to get in touch with the specialist,but he's never there.So i rang the ward,someone looked in my notes and said it looks like i'm going back in for the results and final decesion.Also according to my cf doctor all the tests have been done,i also thought this aswell.
It just seems stupid to be getting admitted again just for my results?

I would really appreciate your help again on this one.As i don't really want to be lugging boxes of IV antibiotics with me as i'm on home IV's till the 14th.Thank you.Hope all is well in your household?

Hi Shirley,

Sorry to read that you're swelling up again

Let's hope they can fix you soon.....

After my assesment I got an appointment to go and speak to the liver team about the their decision - they didn't go into the results of tests really, just said I'm fit enough to go on the list and was on it from that moment.

It seems pretty ridiculous admitting you unless they have a really good reason to? Is there anyone on your Cf team who can look into this for you? They should be able to speak to the right people and talk to them.
