im only 19 at moment(20 in may) and have decided to start trying for a baby when im 22. just wondering what they average age is of a pwcf havin a baby..if thats [possible to findout? xx

Hi there, If you are ready to have a baby you will know that it's the right time, if you are wondering then perhaps you are not ready.
The average age is likely to be your age because that's when parents let go and we make our own life changing decisions, we are accepted as adults, finally.
I accept that we 'cf'ers' may not have the fertility of a 'normal' person, so we don't know our chances until we start trying (us it was 5yrs and lots of fertility treatment).
We are all experiencing cf in different degrees so I'm sure you know if it's time for you.
