Just an idea. If anyone wants to leave a message of support in Frizzymum's thread we could send these to the Browns.

Hi there just want to say to both of you my thoughts are with you at this difficult time, but need to say it will get easier as time goes by. My son is 7yrs of age (diagnosed with cf just after his 2nd birthday) He is an absolute joy, takes everything in his stride and above all
is extremeley well (thank god) it is hard some days but it has become such a part of our lives now that we just get on with it! you both will too in time.

Wishing you both all the very best. I remember the shock and terrible anguish of the initial diagnosis. That was sixteen years ago and my daughter is now a trendy Art Student off to the Art School Xmas Ball next week in her first pair of proper high heels! Good wishes to you both and Gordon don.t give up the day job I'll be voting for you.
