Hello at the mo not sure whats up with lungs very gunky and get asthma like problems been getting worse the last 10 yrs. Have seen different cons at hospitals for asthma probs. But now under Papworth and at long last under a con who deals with cf and other gunky lung problems. I had loads of tests done there yesterday and alot were cf related. Are there any people on this board under Papworth I'm going to be admitted in December for 2 weeks for iv antbotis and phyiso twice a day as lungs have now grown bugs. Hi and welcome. Im Dan, 26, wcf.

I dont attend Papworth, but there are ppl on here who are from there.

Does this mean you are awaiting official diagnosis of CF?

yes or at lest some help with whats up with lungs and maybe to try different treatments Thanks for the reply xx

I hope they sort out some more effective treatment for you. Sounds like you've been having a rough time. There is a website for people with bronchiectasis too if you haven't already found it http://www.bronchiectasis.info/
