It is hard to think of life without the people you love the most but if your son has a full time job at 21 he is doing really well my boyfriend is 19 and cant even walk to uni which is five minutes from our home because it physically exhausts him and he will probably never manage a full time job. Even though he cant do much he still has a lot of life left in him hes strong. Im sorry to hear your son wont go to the clinic very often but from other messages i have read some pwcf dont realise how bad their cf is and think its better than it actually is because they dont feel ill. all i can say is try and get him to compromise and agree to go a set amount of times throughout the year that you can both be happy with I know 21 is a stubborn age with the whole im an adult now i can look after myself because im 21 too. As for your daughter if she does have a child and retires of life early leaving hher partner alone there is a lot of support, help and advice out there financially and emotionally i know this from a rough childhood and its available for every body so you need to do what i now do smile and think to yourself ive always done the best i can and that is all i can do. You sound like a great mum who cares for her children dearly take care hope things are ok ever need a chat im always about on the other msg board Take care
