Hi, wondering if anyone knows anything about Tasha. Over the last month i have tried texting and e-mailing her with no replys and i am a wee bit worried. does anyone know how she is keeping as when i was trying to contact her i knew from this site that she was in hospital?

Hi,

I spoke to Tasha at the weekend and she's now out of hospital after her port being removed but the wee soul is in a lot of pain as they had a hell of a time getting the blighter out.

She is still at home but has go back to hospital for physio etc. and I'm sure she will let everyone know how she is doing very soon!!

Hey Mandy, sorry i never replied to your texts i was really poorly. Thanks for texting and thinking about me though.
I finally got out of hospital after 3 weeks, i had a bad chest infection and my port was blocked and infected. So i had to get it removed.
I got home on saturday, so glad to be home. Really sore and tender still from my operation so im just taking things really easy just now. Back upto hospital tomorrow for physio and check up. How is nicole? How she is well and doing much better than she has been?

HELLLOOOOOOO THERE!!!!!!! Thank god you replied was getting worried hunney! Oh you poor wee soul, youve had a time of it then. I hope your on the mend now and not in as much pain.
Yeh Nicole is fine at the moment, cant believe she's not been in overnight yet at Edinburgh and we were never out of Yorkhill! The steroids they have put her on are working but her aspergillus level is still on the up, if it goes up again they will treat it. Its not so high tech at Edinburgh but i think they concentrate better on the patients compared with Yorkhill, there arent as many cf patients at Edinburgh. Anyway glad your ok hun and i'll speak to you soon.xx
