I think this thread got lost when the board crashed, but I was hoping we could recreate it as it was quite funny. The one I rememember, which I cannot take credit for, was "save a spirometer, blow me instead." Your turn.

Yea, that was mine.

Approach a woman while winking provocatively and say 'Let's see just how hard you can blow'. Then produce a peak-flow meter before the inevitable slap.

This isnt really a CF pick up line but when i herd it i cracked up and defanitly did my phsyio for the day.
