For those with little peeps on the calendar : If you would like to partake in publicising the calendar, please could you either e-mail me or let me know on this thread so I can compile a list for Gemma Foy.

This is a brand spanking new me! Woo - how strange is this?! We got no games - Suzie? Where art thou?!

Please add me to the list, I'd be happy to help if needed. I assume you've still got my email address from my calendar enquiry.

List is growing at a fast rate of knots with publicity offers of help - thank you. Well over 30 now.
At this stage it will probably just be your local newspapers doing a write up with some standard blurb about the calendar and a little about the peeps/big peeps involved - i.e. they are on the calendar and sometimes the newspapers contact you for more information and a photo and sometimes they just run with the proof they've been given. All different all over the country. Some make it up as they go along and add in things which are totally untrue! But that's the tabloids for you! It's an entirely personal issue and not everyone wants to be involved - that's okay, no problem, but all help appreciated.

Bumping this while I remember! Many of you have volunteered for publicising the calendar - thank you so much. Some of you will have received your press releases to approve and some will receive them next week. Every one helps and even if it doesn't sell a calendar, it raises much needed awareness. Hoping to have it plugged in a national magazine soon, but won't know until tomorrow for definite. I have learnt from last year's calendar not to get my hopes up about something until it's actually happened!

Just to say that the photographer has been today for the Newcastle Evening Chronicle, which covers a huuuuge region from Northumberland down to Darlington. The girls will be in tomorrow, hopefully something will come of it.
Well done Livvy

I can send Geoff a bigger peck if that'll make him happier?! Wouldn't want him to feel left out of the Turner female pecking session! Any Ball's going on in your neck of the woods next year so we can meet up again?!
