i never thought i would be able 2 have children but i was really pleased and surprize to get pregnant so easy. i managed to carry my baby for 37 weeks and then had a c-section, i was scared but relieved everything turned out so well. during my pregnancy i had a rough time and thought i was going to die, i was well over dramatic and now realise everything was fine and the doctors had everything under control. if there are any cf's who are pregnant out there who need to talk and need some help don't be afraid to ask, and try and carry on your pregnancy for as long as u can so ur baby can grow properly. i had a little girl who is 4 months old and is doing so well, i love every moment with her. xxx

At 4 months I think they are still a baby! Are you attending Heartlands, Starlight?

Congratulations starlight, so glad it all worked out ok. Make the most of the early months, everyone told me they were the hardest, but my little one (wcf - I am non cf) is now 10 months and I think that now it is soooooooo much harder. She doesn't sit still for a minute and is into everything!

Don't mean to scare you! Nice to know that maybe one day I might be a granny - god that is very scary!

Take care and stay well. x
