Hi anyone who is out there. I'm a complete virgin when it comes to a message board. My husband has CF and it is good to see a forum for partners....behind every great PWCF there is someone ready with the next tissue!

Welcome!

it'd be good to drum up some more support for the partners' board. We need to encourage those who encourage us to have their say too. I bet you are all too used to stepping back into the shadow when CF is mentioned - and letting us get all the attention.

But its your issue too. And God knows, there are times when you have a lot to put up with!

Yeah but it is damned hard sometimes. I love my partner totally and would put up with loads, but it gets so hard for her and as a non cf person I cannot fully understand to help her. Wish I could.........

Sometimes all you need to do is to just be there, quietly and purposefully doing the little day-to-day things you can do. That can be an enormous help.
