Registration now open - Cystic Fibrosis Trust Medical Conference

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust annual Medical Conference will be taking place next year at Aston Business School Conference Centre, Aston University, Birmingham. Find out details about the venue.

This one-day event will comprise a mixture of plenary sessions and workshops covering a diverse range of topics in CF care. The conference will start at 10.15 am (registration from 9.30 am) and finish by 4.30 pm. A non-refundable registration fee of £24 per delegate (£20 + VAT) will be charged.

This conference is open to those involved in the clinical care of people with Cystic Fibrosis in the UK, including hospital managers and ward staff.

Posters
For the first time, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust will present awards for posters on 'Examples of Recent Service Development or Best Practice'. Delegates are invited to submit a poster presentation to a panel of judges made up from the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC). There will be cash prizes for the top three posters of £1,000, £750 and £500 and the top six will be displayed. Prizewinners will be announced at the end of the conference. There will also be an opportunity for posters to be displayed on the Cystic Fibrosis Trust's website. Please submit presentations by email to conference@cftrust.org.uk. The deadline for submission is Wednesday 30 November.
