Clinical Care Patient Advisers
The Clinical Care Patient Advisers (CCPAs), all of whom have Cystic
Fibrosis, actively seek the views of people with CF and CF clinicians to influence local decision makers involved with the commissioning or
provision of care and services for people with Cystic Fibrosis to help
ensure that people with CF receive the recommended level of CF
care.
They also build relationships with national
decision makers including Members of the UK Parliament, members of the
Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly Members and Northern Ireland
Assembly Members to campaign for excellent care and support for people
with CF. For more detail on this, please see the role of the
CCPA.
Please note the CCPAs are not able
to provide individual advice about CF - if this is what you require,
please contact our Helpline.
