Part of our commitment to ensuring access to high quality care is encouraging healthcare professionals to pursue a career in CF. Many of those currently working in CF services arrived there by accident and have stayed by design.

We want to make a career in CF attractive for doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians and psychologists. We are working with other organisations, in particular the British Thoracic Society, to increase the number of people working in CF care.

We are also keen to share good practice where we see it. Our Peer Review programme will help us do that, alongside our annual Medical Conference and other events.
