Care

Cystic Fibrosis is a complex disease requiring considerable specialist treatment and care. People with CF usually receive their care at one of the 45 specialist centres across the UK, although some will attend hospitals closer to home if there isn't a specialist centre nearby.

We want to ensure that people with CF receive excellent care regardless of where they live. To make that happen, we work with partner organisations to support training for specialist staff and we develop Standards of Care for CF services. We also monitor CF care through our Peer Review programme and the UK CF Registry.
