Our President

Dr Jim Littlewood qualified in medicine at Leeds University in 1956. Since 1994 his professional time has been spent entirely on CF. He was a member of the Research and Medical Advisory Committee (1983-1988) and accepted an invitation to chair that committee from April 1995, shortly before he retired as Director of the Regional Paediatric CF Clinic at St James's University Hospital in Leeds.

In July 2003 he was appointed Chairman of the Trust, retiring in 2011. He was appointed as Honorary President in December 2011.
